Shipping Fees

Flat shipping fee: ¥1,200 tax included. Shipping fees may vary for Hokkaido and Okinawa.

Free shipping is available for purchases of ¥30,000 or more nationwide.

If a delivered item is returned due to a long absence or similar reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee when the item is shipped again.

Returns

Please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone within 5 business days after receiving your item.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items.

  • If we are not contacted within 5 days after the item arrives
  • If the item has been used even once
  • If any part of the item or its accessories, such as tags, has been lost due to the customer’s responsibility
  • If the item has been damaged or stained due to the customer’s responsibility
  • If the invoice included with the item has been lost
  • If the item was received as a gift or was not purchased directly by the customer
  • Any other case similar to the above where we determine that a return cannot be accepted

In the unlikely event that an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, please return it to us and we will arrange an exchange or other appropriate response. Return shipping costs in this case will be covered by us. Detailed instructions will be provided by email.

Refunds

If an exchange is possible, we will exchange the item for a non-defective item.

Please note that the shipping cost for returning the item will be borne by the customer.

If the item is out of stock, we will process it as a return and refund the product price and shipping fee.

Delivery Time

Regular items in stock will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation or payment confirmation.

For items that are not in stock but are scheduled to arrive, the expected arrival period will be announced in the shop.

Credit card payment and convenience store payment FamilyMart / Lawson / Ministop / Daily Yamazaki / Seicomart are available.

Payment Deadline

For credit card payments, payment is processed at the time of order. Shipping preparation will begin after payment confirmation is complete.

For convenience store payments, please complete payment within 3 to 5 days excluding weekends after receiving the confirmation email from our shop. If the payment deadline passes, the order may be canceled.
